One Month Until Wolf Hall Weekend 2026!
Dr Tracy Borman shares her obsession with Thomas Cromwell and her love of Hilary Mantel’s The Mirror and the Light.
With exactly one month to go until Wolf Hall Weekend 2026 on June 6–7, in London, we now have only 5 seats remaining.
As readers continue to rediscover The Mirror and the Light, we are especially looking forward to our special staged reading of Hilary Mantel and Ben Miles’ play adaptation at All Hallows by the Tower, performed by the Tower Theatre Company under the direction of Dan Usztan. It promises to be a memorable experience in a remarkable setting beside the Tower of London.
Dr Tracy Borman, our opening keynote speaker for the weekend, has created this wonderful short video about her obsession with Thomas Cromwell and her love of Hilary Mantel’s trilogy and the adaptations:
Over the weekend we’ll be joined by leading historians, writers, actors, and scholars for conversations, presentations, signings, exhibitions and good food. If you have been thinking of joining us for this unique celebration of Hilary Mantel’s work, now would be the moment to secure your place!

I wish I could attend this marvelous weekend! I’m leaving next week for London to go on what I call a “Magical History Tour” to pay homage to Anne Boleyn. Unfortunately, I’m returning to the States on the 26th. Wolf Hall Weekend sounds like such a great time, and so close to my departure for home…it sure sets me thinking though….🤔
